Resilient Connectivity

Always-on data connectivity built for resilience

Mobile, DSL and fibre — bonded into a single routable IP range, monitored 24/7 and engineered to keep your sites trading through any single-circuit failure.

  • Bond 4G/5G mobile, DSL and fibre into one always-on service
  • Run every site on a shared, routable IP range
  • Switch automatically to a backup path with no manual intervention
  • Monitor every link from one secure online portal
  • Scale capacity without re-architecting your WAN
  • UK-wide professional installation and 24/7 support

Why resilient connectivity is now a baseline requirement

For modern UK businesses, almost every operational system — payments, voice, CCTV, access control, line-of-business apps — depends on a working internet connection. A single carrier issue, fibre cut or local outage can stop a site trading within minutes.

Constructive-IT delivers connectivity engineered around that risk. We combine multiple access types — mobile, DSL and fibre — into one resilient service that fails over automatically, keeps the same IP range and is managed end-to-end as a single, supportable circuit.

How resilient bonding works

Each site is connected by two or more diverse access paths. Constructive-IT bonds those paths together and presents them as a single routable IP range. If one link degrades — loss, latency, jitter or a full outage — traffic is automatically steered onto the healthy paths in sub-second time. From the application's point of view, nothing changed.

Single shared IP range delivered across multiple network paths

One routable IP. Many paths underneath.

The biggest hidden cost of "two broadbands and a backup router" is that they are three different services, with three different IP addresses. VPNs break, SIP re-registers and inbound traffic gets confused.

Our resilient connectivity gives every site one shared, routable IP range across every access path. Voice, VPN and inbound services keep working through a failover event because, from the network's point of view, the address never moved.

Automatic failover, before users notice

Every bonded path is monitored continuously for loss, latency and jitter. When a circuit degrades, traffic is steered onto the remaining healthy paths in sub-second time — no manual switchover, no router reboot, no waiting on a carrier hold queue.

The result is connectivity that survives roadworks, exchange faults, mobile cell outages and accidental on-site cable damage without your team having to act on it.

Use cases

Where resilient connectivity earns its keep

Branch and site offices

Give every office a routable, resilient connection that performs like a primary fibre circuit, even where fibre alone is not viable.

Retail, hospitality and pop-ups

Stand up reliable card payments, voice and CCTV in a few hours — including temporary and short-tenure sites.

Construction and unmanned buildings

Deliver day-one connectivity for new developments before fibre is provisioned, with the same circuit then used as a permanent backup.

Primary-circuit failover

Protect existing fibre or leased lines with a fully diverse path that takes over the moment the primary degrades.

What you get

Built into every Constructive-IT resilient circuit

Single shared IP range

Every link presents on one routable surface, so applications, VPN and SIP keep the same address through any failover.

Automatic, sub-second failover

Loss, latency and jitter are detected continuously and traffic is steered onto the healthiest path with no human action.

Bonded 4G/5G + DSL + fibre

Aggregate diverse access types so capacity adds together and a single carrier issue cannot take a site offline.

Real-time visibility

Every circuit, signal and bonded session is monitored 24/7, with alerting and a single online portal for live status.

Encrypted, business-grade transport

Private WAN-grade encryption protects bonded traffic end to end, with clear separation between sites and tenants.

Professional UK installation

Site survey, hardware install, signal optimisation, commissioning and handover delivered by Constructive-IT engineers.

Service levels

Standard support SLAs

Every resilient connection is delivered with a clear, written service level. Actual response and resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the issue, and out-of-hours support is included as standard so you can always reach a Constructive-IT engineer.

Constructive-IT delivering a fully managed resilient connectivity service to UK businesses

One service, one accountable partner

You don't want three carriers, two contracts and a finger-pointing exercise during an outage. Constructive-IT delivers your resilient connectivity as a single managed service — survey, install, monitoring, fault management and support — with one team accountable end to end.

That is the same delivery model we use across our network infrastructure, structured cabling and unmanned building work, so your data, voice and physical security all land on the same supportable foundation.
